RV Storage Vancouver has two locations in Clark County, Washington:
- Ridgefield Location: 300 NE 194th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. Conveniently located near I-5, offering affordable outdoor RV, boat, and vehicle storage.
- Vancouver Location (formerly Pedron's RV Storage): 6002 NE 152nd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98683. Offering outdoor, covered, and enclosed indoor storage for RVs, boats, and other vehicles.
What happened to Pedron's RV Storage?
Pedron's Auto, Boat & RV Storage became RV Storage Vancouver in September 2026. The facility at 6002 NE 152nd Avenue remains open and continues to serve customers under the RV Storage Vancouver name.
Does RV Storage Vancouver provide covered storage in Vancouver, WA?
Yes! Our Vancouver location offers outdoor, covered, and fully enclosed indoor storage for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. Covered and indoor spaces provide additional protection from the Pacific Northwest weather.
Our Ridgefield location specializes in affordable outdoor storage. We designed that facility with the goal of providing competitive rates while maintaining a secure and convenient location.
What is the difference between outdoor, covered, and indoor RV storage?
Outdoor storage is generally the most affordable option and provides a designated parking space without overhead protection.
Covered storage provides a roof to help protect your RV, boat, or vehicle from rain, sunlight, and other weather conditions.
Indoor storage offers additional protection inside an enclosed building.
Our Vancouver location offers all three storage types, while our Ridgefield location specializes in outdoor storage.
Does RV Storage Vancouver have a dump station and wash station?
Yes, for customeers only! Our Vancouver location offers an RV dump station and wash area, along with water and air. Use of the dump and wash facilities is restricted during the winter months.
Our Ridgefield location does not currently offer these amenities. However, dump stations are available at the two Gee Creek rest areas along I-5, just a few minutes from our Ridgefield facility. To help keep storage rates affordable, we chose not to install these amenities at that location.

Do your covered and indoor storage spaces have electricity?
Yes! Our Vancouver location offers electricity with covered and indoor storage spaces at no additional charge. This provides convenient access to power while your RV, boat, or vehicle is in storage.
Am I required to store long-term?
No. We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short-term or long-term, depending on your needs.
How do I pay my storage bill?
When you rent a space with us, you'll be enrolled in automatic billing. Payments are automatically deducted on the 1st of every month using your selected payment method.
How can I cancel?
Text us or email us. We will remove you from our system once your vehicle has been moved out and the rental has been properly terminated.
Please be sure to notify us prior to the 1st of the upcoming month and follow the notice requirements in your rental agreement.
What security features do you offer?
Both of our locations are fenced, gated, and monitored by 24-hour video surveillance. Controlled gate access helps us provide a secure and convenient environment for our customers and their stored vehicles.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Prohibited items include perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, and hazardous, flammable, or combustible materials and liquids.
Ordinary fuel contained in approved vehicle fuel tanks is permitted. Additional restrictions and requirements are outlined in your rental agreement.
What can I store?
We offer storage for RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, cars, boats, commercial vehicles, trucks, vans, and small trailers.
Our Ridgefield location offers outdoor parking, while our Vancouver location provides outdoor, covered, and indoor storage options. Contact us if you have questions about storing a particular type of vehicle.
Does my RV need to be drivable?
Yes, we ask that motorized RVs and vehicles be operational and capable of being driven onto and off the property. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, boats, and other towable vehicles must be capable of being safely moved.
If your vehicle is not currently operational, please contact us before renting a space to discuss your situation.
What size RV storage spaces are available in Ridgefield, WA?
We offer a range of sizes at our Ridgefield location. Generally, spaces range from 10' x 20' to 14' x 38'. However, we can accommodate vehicles up to 70 feet long in special circumstances.
Our Vancouver location offers additional sizes and configurations, including outdoor, covered, and indoor spaces. When combined, some covered spaces can accommodate up to 62' of space.
